Delete Account

You can permanently delete your OMOI account and associated cloud journal data directly from inside the OMOI app.

Steps:

  1. Open OMOI.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Read the deletion warning.
  5. Confirm permanent account deletion.

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • your OMOI profile
  • synced journal entries
  • synced photos
  • synced audio
  • associated cloud journal data

This action cannot be undone. Before deleting your account, use Export / Import if you want to keep a personal copy of your journal.

Contact:

When possible, contact support from the same email address associated with the OMOI account. Do not create a public deletion form that allows anyone to delete an account without identity verification.
